PTO

The success of our program is due mainly to the tremendous support we receive from our parents. They help with fundraisers, field trips and assist with special projects.

We are fortunate and unique to have a very active preschool Parent-Teacher Organization. It is with their help that we are able to offer the “extras” to our program. They supply each student with a St. James T-shirt, fund field trips. bring in enrichment programs, maintain and fund our playground and organize our annual Breakfast with Santa.  

The PTO also sponsors our popular Fall and Spring Outgrown Sales.  Our parents are able to sell their gently used baby and children's clothes and equipment, toys, books, videos, and more at the sale to make some extra money for themselves and donating a percentage of the proceeds to the preschool.  

There are plenty of ways to get involved at St. James. We welcome parent involvement and participation in our program.  Parents enjoy having the opportunity to get to know the parents of their children's friends and many parents have found that the PTO is a great place to make new friends for themselves!  Children love seeing their parents be involved and take an interest in their preschool.  It's a rewarding experience for the parents, the children, and of course, the school.
